Moving to Colorado Part 3 Car Brands

We have seen a variety of cars on the road. Here are a few different brands like Honda, Toyota, Subaru, and others.
p.s. if they are hard to see, it's because it was raining.

Moving to Colorado Part 2 June 27 part 2

We left Newtown, Connecticut for the long road to Colorado. Here are a few pictures of the first day on the road.

Here comes the rain!

On our trip so far, I think we might have seen at least 5 different Penske moving trucks. However, most of them either didn't have a car on a tralior behind, or were longer, or in general different from the one that Chris drives. Somehow, we ended up separated from the Gallas. Then we noticed that we were behind this car. Apart from the fact that the car isn't a CRV, it looked exactly like Chris's moving truck.

As you can see here, it was extremely difficult to see. Actually, in the this picture it does not seem that hard to see. Anyway, it was very hard to see several times. And at first Mom didn't know how to turn on the windshield wipers. It was extremely foggy and that, mixed with the rain, well, I already told you the outcome.

Last but not least, was this sight that met our eyes in Pennsylvania. A fifteen passenger van, exactly like ours. Except for minor difference. It comes from a completely different side of the country: Vermont!

Moving to Colorado Part 2 June 27 part 1

                                                           back in New Hampshire

We started the day in New Hampshire. Somewhere around 7:45 am-8:00 am, Dad, Mom, and myself put Tasha in the car and drove down to Newtown, Connecticut. On the way we stopped at Walmart, Crackerbarrel, and last of all, the graveyard in Newtown.

After that we drove straight to Rebecca's house.

When we arrived there, we found the house almost empty, and several people from church helping the Gallas with packing the large moving truck that sat in their driveway.

When there was nothing more for the church friends to do to aid in packing the truck, they left one by one saying their goodbyes as they went.

After a while, and a few pizza slices, we learned that Chris was on his way back with the Gallas mini-van. When everyone was ready, the Gallas and the Penas loaded into all of the cars and drove to a nearby somewhere.

The goodbyes came. And we were on the road.

Now we are officially on our way to Colorado!
